I’ve had the idea of putting the dates we do here on my blog in case they are useful to anyone.

Our first official date as a married couple was last Friday. Colton was in charge of planning it. He knew that I wanted to do an art project. I had been suggesting art projects from the Art Assignment as activities for a while.

Colton suggested that we draw cartoons of each other. I was a little reluctant at first; I hadn’t wanted to do an art project where technique was involved and my artistic weaknesses exposed. But I dove in headfirst and of course we had a ton of fun almost utterly failing.
